  Hi, Its been 8 days and I am yet to receive my refund.

  We issued a $60 refund on 2017-09-12 and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  Refunds usually show on your statement after 7-14 business days, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

  Processing times vary from bank to bank, especially with international refunds. If you haven’t received it after 14 days please contact your bank to see if there are any delays in processing on their end.
