  I cancelled my domain and plan. It’s been 7 days and still no refund? how long does it take?

  Hi there,

  Refunds usually take about ten business days, so two weeks, but that varies based on the processing times at your bank. With some banks it can take up to two statement cycles for the refund to show.

  I did notice you’d received only a partial refund when you cancelled – the domain portion of your plan was never refunded. I’ve gone ahead and processed that now. You can view receipts for both the refunds here:
