    Never received my refund. What now?

    Did you receive no refund at all, or not a full refund? I see we refunded you $48 on 30 November for your upgrade to Premium, but the original $48 for your initial Personal Plan purchase was never refunded. I’ve processed that now, and you should receive the outstanding amount within 10 business days.

    If you never received the first refund either, please check with your bank. Refunds are processed immediately on our end, but different banks have different processing times before they show the refund on your statement. Some banks don’t even show the refund, but simply removes the original charge.

    Thank you for processing the refund for the first transaction.

    I think the latter happened with the second transaction and the charge was just removed.
