  Hello there, if you are referring to your custom domain inchbyinch.com that appears to be registered with GoDaddy. You’ll need to contact them directly regarding cancelling your domain.

  If you mean any upgrade plan you have here on WordPressdotcom, you can see and cancel it directly through your dashboard My Purchases page https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to refund you, but it looks like you have disputed the renewal payment with your bank.

  When you dispute a payment you are essentially accusing us of fraud and the payment is frozen pending an investigation by our payment processor so we’re not able to refund it. Additionally we get fined by our payment processor for making a fraudulent charge, and subsequently your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee to unlock it.   If you withdraw the dispute with your bank we might be able to still refund your payment, but if you won’t cancel the dispute you’ll only receive the refund in eight to twelve weeks when our payment processor concludes their investigation, and your site will remain locked until you pay the chargeback fee.
