    I haven’t been refunded after 7 working days

    Hi thebigmood,

    Your account shows we refunded £36 to you 8th March 2018. There is a copy of this refund receipt in your Billing History:

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer — the processing time varies from bank to bank.

    The money has been sent from our side so please contact your bank if the money hasn’t come through after 14 business days. They can use the transaction ID on the refund receipt to help locate the refund on their system.
