Dear Support!
It has been more than 7 days since I cancelled my WordPress Premium, and I still haven’t received my refund. What can / should I do to get my money back?

Hi there,
We issued your refund of $99 on 25 February. You can see a receipt for the transaction, including a reference number from our payment processor here:

If that refund is not reflecting in your bank statement yet, please follow up with your bank directly, as we do not control how long they take to process refunds on their end.
Additionally, as you requested the refund on the same day the payment was made, it’s possible your bank just cancelled the original transaction on your statement instead of adding a new transaction for the refund. Please check your credit card statement to make sure that is not perhaps the case here.
