Dear Support!
I cancelled my premium account on 25th february and still didn’t receive my refund (99 USD). I know that international payment may take some time… But still! It was very quick, when the money was drawn from my card, it is not so quick to pay it back… Could you please help me with any advice, what should I do, or who could help me?
– Yes, I cancelled the payment
– Yes, I received the cancellation e-mail
– Yes, I asked my financial institution, checked my account, there is no refund and of course they can not estimate when can I expect itThank you in advance!
