  so far I​ bought the ​domain names and refund it all. So how could I​ receive the refund confirmation to my credit card?

  You’ve already cancelled your upgrades and should have received a confirmation email from us when you did that. If not, please check your spam folder. You can also view a receipt for the refund in your account’s billing history, here:

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
