My refund was summited to the wrong payment method. How can I fix it?

Hi there,
We are only able to refund a purchase to the credit card/bank in which the original purchase was made. Are you saying that the amount was refunded to a closed account?

Refunds are made back to the same card that was used for the original purchase. There is no way for us to send a refund somewhere else.
If the card is no longer active, your bank should have processes in place to make sure the refund still reaches your account. Please contact them to make sure they are aware of the pending refund.
Also note refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account. As you only requested the refund two days ago, that means it will still be a while before you will see it in your account.
