  How long will this refund take? This account was supposed to be shut down by an employee close to a year ago but they never completed the task. I saw a $99 charge on my account today and I very much need this money back, I have not used this site since it was created and do not need it. Please refund the $99, I would be greatly appreciative and will leave a positive review.

  Your refund has already been processed, but we do not control how long your bank takes to reflect that refund on your account with them. Typically this takes around 10 Business days, but please follow up with your bank directly if it’s not reflecting in your account yet after that time.
