  Hi, i was charged $99 on my account. However when go to my manage purchases, it doesn’t show up nor does my credit card. I would like to do about getting a refund, especially because I was not notified I would be charged.

  Hello there, it sounds like you have more than one account since this account you are posting from is only a few hours old. For what site were you charged?

  I can confirm this account owns no sites and no upgrades on WordPress.com. Can you please give a link to the site on which you bought the upgrades? Note that we can only cancel and refund a renewal if requested by the account that owns the upgrades in question.
