https://hardwareadvisor.wordpress.com/ is an empty site on the free plan.
Why do you expect a refund, please?
Are you referring to a different site?
If so, what is the URL starting with https://?You could be logged in under the wrong username account.
If you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another accountIf you are logged in under the correct username account, then did you carry through and you use the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel and request a refund?

Canceling and refunding purchases
There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
• WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
• The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
• It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.Canceling domains
It is important to know that canceled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also, note that there’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again. If you want Staff to investigate you must provide specifics.
What is the URL of the domain?
Which wordpress.COM plan did you purchase?
Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?I will type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question

If you’ve requested the refund, it usually takes upto 10 days to appear in your Card or Bank statement and also depends on the Bank.
WordPress.com also sends you mail when you request the refund. To learn more about refunds please visit:

Hi there,
When we Volunteers answer any thread, first we need to confirm the URL of the site referred to, next we determine the domain URL when the issue is about billing/refunds, and then we need to determine where the site is hosted.
If the site is hosted by wordpress.COM then we need to secure as much relevant infomation as we possibly can before tagging the thread with modlook for Staff assistance.
