I was told I would get a refund within 7 days on 23rd June. I still haven’t received it. Please confirm when I should receive it.

Hi there, I definitely see the refund on our end in your account. I’ve contacted our billing team so they can make sure it isn’t somehow stuck on our end. We will let you know as soon as we get word from billing.
