  i cancelled this and was supposedly given a refund but for a notice i was charged again, i dont have this site and deleted my card as site is no longer on jetpack

  If you’ve recently requested a refund it usually takes up to ten days to show up in your Card or Bank account, and also depends on the Bank.

  I see two charges for the same thing on your account, but the second charge was refunded on the 16th.

  It may take 10 days for that to show up on your statement, and if it was an international transaction, it could take a bit longer.
