  I did not know I had an ongoing subscription and have been charged £36. I have requested a refund but only £14 Is being refunded. Why is this?

  The balance is most likely for a custom domain. Staff will need you to confirm that you no longer require the domain. I have added the modlook tag to ask if a staff member could check your account.
