    Hi,
    I cancelled my upgrade and received a confirmation email on 23 August, however have not received the refund.
    I am also still receiving emails regarding this account. Is there any way I can cancel everything?

    The refund has been issued correctly and you can see a receipt for the refund here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
