  The debit card that you are refunding to has changed. Can we send the refund to my updated debit card?

  Hi there,

  We cannot issue the refund to another card. For that, you need to contact your bank or card provider and ask them to transfer the refund to your new card. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
