  Hi! I was expecting full refund. $40 not $7. It was clearly stated I get full refund. Please, explain.

  Hi there, I’m not exactly sure what happened, but the cancelling of the domain transfer in appears to have not been caught by our system.

  I have refunded the additional $33.
