  Hi there,

  I requested a refund on a premium package 24hrs ago. How long will it take until it is processed?

  Hi theglamdolldiary,

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement but international refunds (to banks outside the US) can take a little longer to arrive. In the meantime, your Billing History has confirmation the refund has been successfully sent:
