  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from.

  To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you may be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  My inquiry was in regards to my blog at https://christforliberty.com/
  which was set up about a year ago.
  I do not recall my log-in details for this blog and it isn’t connected to my current email address.

  I have sent a copy of receipt to Billing Support. Hopefully we can fix this soon.
