    my refund receipt says refund on oct 19 but i still have not received the funds yet in my bank acct. help ?

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take around ten business days, but this also depends on the processing times at your bank.

    If you haven’t received the refund after that period of time, please follow up directly with your bank. We sent you a receipt for the refund that you can also see in your account’s billing history. You can provide the transaction ID appearing in the refund receipt as a reference when contacting your bank.
