    Hi i got a refund for my account on th 19th ive just notice you credited it and took it straight back out. Whats going on?

    Hi there,

    The only charge I see on your account is a payment for a Personal Plan on 17 November, and that was refunded around four hours later when you cancelled. We have not made any further charges on your account. You can see receipts for those transactions here:

    What likely happened here is that your bank only processed the initial charge a couple days later – a payment made over a weekend like your purchase often just creates a “Hold” on the card at first, with the actual charge then just appearing on the card on the next business day.

    Can you please check with your bank if something like this might have happened here?
