Refund

    Hi I was charged $100 for one year for new domain but I decided to cancel it because
    I was still not sure about building my website etc..

    My request today is when I cancel the domain. I had a refund of $66 back and why I didn’t get a full amount back?

    Could you please help me on this matter.

    I’ve refunded the domain portion of your plan as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
