    I was charged $48 on Dec 5th 2018, one month before my renewal date. How do I get my money back. How do you contact customer service?

    Hi there,

    Renewals on WordPress.com are always charged a month before the expiration date as explained in our renewal terms:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/auto-renewal/

    You should have received an email from us at least a month earlier to warn you the renewal date was approaching.

    It looks like you’ve since been helped in live chat and have closed this WordPress.com account, so I’m marking this thread as resolved.
