  Hi, I was charged $48 for the personal plan and domain. I cancelled but am only getting refunded the $30 and not the $18 for domain. I renewed my domain in June so don’t understand why I have to be charged for it again, especially when I want to cancel the domain too.

  You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
