  A contractor purchased WordPress.com Business which we did not and do not need. We have not used it and I wanted to see if we could get a refund based off of this mistake.

  For which site was the upgrade purchased? The account you’re using to post here own no sites on WordPress.com, and has never purchased an upgrade from us.

  Only the account that owns an upgrade can request to cancel it.
