I am the owner of the fairtradetriangle website which is paid for
until February 3 2019.When I opened my account with you and paid for the first time,
I was assured that you would send me a reminder before the next
payment was due. Instead you just billed me for one more year
the moment you took the fees out of my bank account.Since I don’t want to maintain the website any longer, I herewith cancel my agreement for the end of the recent payperiod – February 3, and I expect you to fully refund the amount of $66.- (reciept 33923370)

We sent you an email reminder over a month ago that your renewal was approaching. If you did not receive it, please check your email spam folder.
