  I can see we processed a refund for your account on 18 January. If you’re not seeing that refund reflected on your credit card statement yet, please follow up with your bank/credit card company directly.

  In the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/ you’ll find a transaction number from our payments processor that you can use as a reference.
