    Dear Sir/Madam

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to mention that I sent you email on 5th february in regards t the charge of the domain.
    I said in the email that I no longer have the following domain and I don’t want it but unfortunately you chrged me £84 (Sterling Pounds) today.

    So I would like to ask for a refund because I no longer want this domain.
    Also please can you stop the renewal of payment on 11th February 2020.

    As a user I cannot access the wordpress dashboard because I linked the dashboard to the follwoing domain:

    I forgot to stop the the charge from the dashboard before I change my domain and I don’t know how to find it!
    When I loged in the wordpress with the follwoiing email, I cound’t find any details about managing purchase.

    Also to mention that I use my email “Gmail” with my surname only “Elbuhaisi” on PayPal but for the dhashboard I use the email “Gmail” with my first and second name “Hamza.elbuhaisi”.

    Now I have the following website which ends with (co.uk)

    Also I can’t find the dashboard when I long in to the website ends with (com) using my email “Gmail” with my first and second name “Hamza.elbuhaisi”.

    It looks like hamzaelbuhaisi.co.uk is hosted elsewhere, so that shouldn’t affect your ability to log into your WordPress.com account here. If you can provide the transaction ID of the purchase (should be located on your bank statement), it will provide proof of ownership. You can also fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

    The transaction ID of the purchase is:

    I also filled out the form at wpchrg.com

    And I filled out the account recovery form.

    What will happen now?

    Well, thank you.
    They refunded the money back to me quickly because the charge I got was for the hosting plan that was never cancelled.

    They have cancelled it now for me and issued a refund.
