  I don’t see any purchases made to the WordPress.com account you’re contacting us from. If you’re referring to integrateddesignsllc.net, it is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open source WordPress.org software and it is hosted by Bluehost. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your refund request.
