    Hello there i still havent received my refund generated on the 30th of January 2019, Please help

    Hi –

    Thanks for getting in touch. I can see that we sent $99.00 back on 2018-12-27. This should have certainly reached you by now.

    Did you check with your bank about it? Sometimes, they’ll hold on to the funds for 1-2 billing cycles before they release it. Each bank has different processing times. Reaching out to them is going to be the best option as the money has been returned to them at this point.
