  I have not received my refund in the days I was supposed to receive it

  Hi there,

  We processed your refund on 14 March. Refunds usually take around ten business days to appear in your account – so far only around 6 business days ago – so I wouldn’t be concerned yet.

  But this also depends on the processing times at your bank over which we have no control. If you haven’t received your refund after ten business days, please contact them directly to follow up on this.
