  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us. What is the address of the site that you had upgraded?

  Please log into the username account that you’d used to buy that upgrade, then create a new support request at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for help with a refund, or you can also try cancelling the upgrade yourself from the Purchases page:
