  Hi, It’s been 10 days and I still haven’t received my refund for $96.00

  Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve checked the account and can see the refund processed successfully on March 18th.

  At this time, the best thing to do, is to follow up with your bank directly. They can tell you when the funds will be released from them and in to your account.
