I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

You only have live chat support if you have purchased the personal, premium, or business plans. Was that one of the plans you purchased? If so, log into the account that has that plan and you can click that link to access live chat. Otherwise, I will be able to assist you with the refund without you reaching out to live chat if you’re under the correct account.
Do you have access to the WordPress.com account connected to the plan upgrade?

I’m not sure what I’m doing…(you probably guessed!)
I have a wordpress account already and have 2 sites on that.
I thought I could get another 1 for free so purchased it and got the g suite as well. I do not need this and my original site is not connected to the new domain name anyway. When I go into the new domain it says I don’t have any sites yet.

Okay, I found the account and see the purchase.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
But, if you remember your other WordPress.com account, you can log out of the one you are contacting us from, log into that one, post here, and then with that confirmation, I could go ahead and cancel and refund whatever upgrade you no longer want.
