I haven’t received my refund yet who was approved on May 7th, 2019. ($96.00 on my American Express) I was told that it would take 7 to 10 business days and we are way at 14 days so far.I contacted you several times in vain.

I’ll be happy to get this sorted out. Looking at the account I can see a premium purchase was made on thewinepress.blog. That purchase was never cancelled or refunded. Please confirm this is the purchase you’re inquiring about and I’ll process the cancellation and refund.

Oh, let me know if you want to continue with thewinepress.blog or if you’re okay surrendering ownership of the domain. If there’s any chance you want to use it again in the future we need to make sure it is not cancelled.

I spoke to someone in your office on May 7th, 2019 and was told that a refund of $96.00would be applied to my American Express card in the next 7 to 10 business days (I have it in writing) but nothing at of today 5/26/19 that’s the reason why I contacted you for the third time. Thank you!

It looks like the person who helped you cancel the upgrades on the 7th never completed processing the refund. Sorry about that.
