Refund

    Hi!

    I asked for a refund a month ago (27th of April). The guy at support said that he will issue a refund, so i can still see on my page refund, but i did not receive any money. He said it can take some time, depends of my bank type. I have the whole conversation on my page. Can you help me with that? I already deleted my card number – is that a problem for completing refund?

    Yes, that is the root of the issue. I would reach out to your bank regarding the refund. We can only refund to the card that was used for the purchase, and it’s up to the card-issuing bank to route the funds to the new account – or send you a check if you no longer have an account with them.

    Thanks for answering. I deleted it half hour ago. I still have my account and i can write it again if that is the main issue no problem.

    I will ask at my bank what’s the problem.
