    Dear Sir or Madam,

    It’s been more that two working weeks since I requested for the £84 refund. May I know when it will reach my account ?

    Hi there,

    I would reach out to your bank regarding the refund. We released the funds on 5/14 and no longer have them. Depending on the bank and their processes, they may be able to see pending transactions that you are not able to.
