  Hi — I just requested a subscription refund, and I wondering why I was charged $48, but the refund is in the amount of $30?

  I checked and the domain charges were not refunded. I have canceled your subscription for timivjones.com and refunded the remaining charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
