  In December I cancelled a WordPress plan within the first 30 days, I was supposed to receive a refund although I never did?

  On what site did you cancel a paid plan?

  The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and http://trentdotcom.wordpress.com/, the only site this account owns, has always been on the free plan.
