  Hi, Please can I be refunded for the transaction on 06/09/2019. I was unable to log into my account and could not cancel it in time.

  Hi there,

  I see no transactions on your account for 6 September.

  If you’re referring to the domain renewal that took place on 7 August, that can no longer be refunded. Domain payments are only refundable for four days after payment (recently increased from the 48 hours it was before). After that we pay the registry for the domain, and cannot issue a refund any more.

  I can still restore the domain back to your account so you can continue using it, but a refund is no longer possible.
