  When will I receive my refund for cancelling my yearly Premium Membership?

  Hi there,

  Refunds take around ten business days, depending on the processing times at your bank or credit card company. If you haven’t received your refund by that point, please contact them directly to follow up.

  Also note that the renewal fee for your domain, yaaradadhaba.org, was not refunded. Domains can only be refunded for 96 hours after registration or renewal, and you cancelled the domain more than three weeks after it was renewed.

  For the next few days we can still restore the domain to your account if you want to continue using it, here or somewhere else. But we’re no longer able to refund the domain.
