  Hello! I have a WP account that I haven’t been able to access until now. It is an inactive account. However, I was just chaeged $117 dollars via my PayPal for some sort of subscription or site? I don’t even have access to my account and it has been inactive. I am seeking a refund of this charge and a request to eliminate any other future charges or services. Thanks!

  No worries. You can get that charge refunded after you regain access to the account and contact us from that account where the charge occurred.

  To be certain, I double checked the account you’re using here which is benhegge13. There aren’t any upgrades or charges coming from it.

  Step 1 – regain access to the account where this charge came from.

  Use the transaction information on the account recovery form:

  Recover Your Account

  Do not post that information here, this is a public forum, and those details are unique to your account.

  Step 2 – Request a refund from the correct account.
