  I have not received a refund and it has been 10 days?

  Hi there,

  Refunds typically take around ten business days – I see we refunded you on 15 September, which is 15 calendar days ago, but not yet 10 business days.

  Additionally, this depends on the processing times at your bank – once we issue the refund on our end it’s out of our control. So please contact your bank directly if you still don’t see it reflected in your account by the start of next week.
