  I’ll be glad to help. Are you inquiring about revivethebeautysalon.com ? I can see we’ve already refunded the business plan for that site as of today.

  Please indicate if you have any future plans for the domain, though. Once we cancel it and provide a refund it will work through a cancellation process where anyone can purchase and use it for their own. If there’s any chance you want to use it again in the future we need to take a different path.
