    Hello! Please can someone help me, I have not used your site in years! I called last year and asked to please be taken off auto renewal and it seems I just got charged again. Can you please refund me the charge that was just taken out yesterday?? I would greatly appreciate it, your service is wonderful I just don’t need a website. Thank you in advance

    The account you used to post here is only a few hours old and has never been charged, as you’ve never bought anything from us.

    What is the URL of the site where you’ve been charged? We’ll need you to log in as the account that owns that site to help with this.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
