  I asked for a refund of my purchase from yesterday. The original change was $48. My refund was $22. Why the discrepancy?

  Hi there,

  It appears you didn’t cancel your domain at the same time as the plan, but only a few minutes later, which caused the domain-portion of the plan to not be refunded.

  I’ve now refunded that as well. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
