I cancelled my subscriptions today, 2/1/20. Will I be getting a refund for the $75 that was charged to me account? I will be deleting my account but want to make sure my refund is going to be processed first.

Your refund has already been processed, and you should have received a receipt via email confirming that as soon as you cancelled the upgrade. If you didn’t receive that, you can also view and download it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
The transaction ID in the receipt was generated by our payment processor when they finished processing the refund, so it’s already on its way, and now it’s up to your bank to process it on their end and return it to your account. This typically takes up to 10 business days.
If you want to close your account as well you can now do so. It won’t have any effect on whether or not you receive your refund.
