  Hello, I was in the process of purchasing a personal blog plan but my account has been overcharged . I have cancelled the plan immediately when can i expect to receive the full refund ?

  It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

  My bank account was recently charged $66 for something I did not authorize. What can be done about this?? I want disappointed…very.

  The charge was the annual renewal for the Personal Plan and domain on your site, thelifeandtimesofbeans.com. You authorized this when you agreed to our renewal terms on purchasing those upgrades last year, and we emailed you on 12 March to notify you that the renewal date was approaching. We also emailed you on 11 April when our first renewal attempt failed, and again on 15 April when the renewal went through.

  If you no longer want these upgrades you can still cancel the Personal Plan for a full refund of $48 from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/, but the domain renewal is already past the 96-hour refund period, so it’s no longer possible for us to refund the $18 cost of the domain.
