  When will I get refunds?

  Hi there,

  We processed your refund around five hours ago, when you cancelled your upgrade. You can find a receipt for that transaction here:

  The refund should appear in your bank account in around ten business days, but that depends on processing times at your bank over which we don’t have any control. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please contact them directly for help.
